Cantaloupe Systems Introduces Customer Success Management Team
November 26, 2007 - Cantaloupe Systems announced that it has formed a Customer Success Management (CSM) Team to provide onsite expertise to new customers of its Seed® wireless remote monitoring platform, thus insuring successful system implementation and customer satisfaction.
The team is comprised of experienced vending industry technicians with backgrounds in operations, systems and management. CSM team members work with each customer to develop a customized implementation plan that best utilizes the technical, financial and manpower resources of the customer.
CSM's are trained to evaluate and recommend the features of the Seed® platform e.g. dynamic scheduling, prekitting, alerts management and cash accountability , that best satisfy the operating, control and management needs of the customer.
Training will be provided at all levels of the customer's organization to insure that everyone understands the Seed® platform and has an appreciation for how Seed's® real-time information technology can add significantly to bottom line value.
