October 21st, 2005 - MooBella LLC, the company that, in the space of a standard vending machine, has created an ice cream shop which produces real ice cream made to order, will preview its machine at the NAMA Expo, October 27th -29th, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, in Booth #1419. At the show, MooBella will highlight Cantaloupe Systems' Seed™ Platform which is designed to provide remote point-of-sale monitoring and interaction via wireless networking.
The MooBella technology enables instantaneous aeration, flavoring and freezing of ice cream mixes, which are then formed into a scoop of fresh premium hard ice cream and dispensed within forty-five seconds. This revolutionary technology creates the greatest change in how ice cream has been made since the hand-crank was replaced with electricity. The addition of Cantaloupe's Seed™ Platform, will enable MooBella to monitor its machines in the field at any location that has wireless capability. MooBella will be able to capture sales, inventory and operations data --furthering its sea change in the ice cream industry.
